By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Jarvi Games Ltd.
Jarvi Games Ltd. is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
The Vice Online app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features and it could mean that the Vice Online app won't work properly or at all.
The app does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Jarvi Games Ltd. will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Jarvi Games Ltd. cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.
If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Jarvi Games Ltd. cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, Jarvi Games Ltd. cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Jarvi Games Ltd.'s responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Jarvi Games Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Jarvi Games Ltd. does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Account Blocking: The game developer reserves the right to block or delete a player's account for a certain period or permanently for the following reasons or at their sole discretion:
• any illegal activity or encouragement of illegal activity;
• transmitting any content that is offensive, infringing, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or discriminatory;
• discussion or encouragement of suicide;
• spamming;
• advertising in any form;
• discussion of social, religious, or political issues that may create offense;obtaining and posting identifying information about yourself or others;
• defrauding other users, including by scamming or social engineering;
• transmitting any content that contains a virus, corrupted data, malware, trojan horse, bot keystroke logger, worm, time bomb, cancelbot, spiders, spyware, extraction tools, mining programs, or other computer programming routines that are intended to and/or actually damage, detrimentally interfere with, secretly intercept or mine, scrape or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
• performing, soliciting, or assisting with a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack against the Products or any user;
• creating, using, making available, or distributing exploits, any unauthorized software or tools, hacks, cheats, scripts, bots, trainers, automation programs, or other software that interacts with a Product in any way and for any purpose, including intercepts, emulates, or redirects any communication between such software and Vice Online;
• creating, using, making available, or distributing any software designed to modify a Product and change the user experience ('mods') unless expressly permitted by Vice Online;
• accessing or attempting to access areas of a Product or Product servers that have not been made available to the public;
• impersonating any person, business or entity, including employees of Jarvi Games Ltd;
• disrupting the normal gameplay, e.g. by self-destruction, damaging players with no purpose, blocking other players, stalking, passive play etc;
• circumventing enforcement and security measures implemented by Vice Online;
• sale or transfer of the account to third parties for use;
• other violations of applicable laws or regulations.
• Purchased Content: Any in-game content that a player purchases is solely for the use of that player's account. In the event that a player's account is blocked due to a violation of the project's rules, the progress and content of the account cannot be transferred to another account.
• Account Deletion and Restoration: If a player deletes their account, they may request that the developer restore the account. However, the developer is under no obligation to restore the account and may refuse to do so in their sole discretion. If the developer decides to restore the account, the player will be required to agree to any updated terms and conditions before accessing the account.
1. User-Generated Content Ownership: Any content created, uploaded, or submitted by users ("User Content") remains the intellectual property of the respective users. By submitting User Content to Vice Online, users grant Jarvi Games Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, and display the User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving Vice Online.
2. Copyright Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any User Content they submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Users must have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to submit User Content and grant the rights specified in this agreement.
3. User Content Guidelines: Users agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Jarvi Games Ltd. reserves the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these guidelines.
4. Monitoring and Removal: Jarvi Games Ltd. may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, and moderate User Content. Jarvi Games Ltd. reserves the right to remove or modify User Content at its discretion.
5. User Content Submissions: By submitting User Content, users affirm that they have read and agree to this End User License Agreement and that they grant the rights outlined herein.
6. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Jarvi Games Ltd. harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their User Content submissions or any violations of this End User License Agreement.
7. No Obligation: Jarvi Games Ltd. is under no obligation to use, distribute, display, or maintain any User Content submitted by users.
8. Modification of User Content: Users acknowledge that Jarvi Games Ltd may need to modify or adapt User Content to fit the technical requirements of Vice Online, and users waive any moral rights they may have in their User Content for such purposes.
9. Termination: Upon termination of a user's account or this End User License Agreement, the license granted for their User Content will terminate, but Jarvi Games Ltd. may retain and continue to use the User Content in accordance with the rights previously granted.
By using Vice Online, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this End User License Agreement, including the sections relating to copyrights and User Content.
